1. Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- After the order has been paid, we need a little time to process your order.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses).
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50
3. International Shipping:
- We offer international shipping to most countries.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. The delivery time frame will be longer than usual for orders that included preorder or/and customized items. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
6. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
- Strikefirstdefense ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
7. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Strikefirstdefense is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

1. Once your order has been shipped, Strikefirstdefense is no longer responsible or liable. Strikefirstdefense is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
2. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. If your shipping information was filled out incorrectly, please email us immediately. If you have any issues with shipping, you can contact customer service, and we will do our best to assist you.
3. Please track your packages. Strikefirstdefense has no control over what happens to your package once it is delivered. If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please contact USPS directly.
